昨年1月と7月にDJのmitokonにより下北沢LIVE HAUSにて開催されたAmapianoパーティー「Khanya -Light of Amapiano-」が2025年3月に再び開催！
とても暖かく、アツい夜を届けてくれる本パーティー、今回もナイト帯での開催。
フライヤーは信頼のAGO氏、今なお世界的にも光の如く広がりを見せるAmapianoの希望と力強さを魅せてくれるかのようなパワーあふれるものとなっている。
今回は国内ではBoiler Roomでの活躍も記憶に新しく、TokyoのDJとして世界中にその名が広がりつつあるnasthug氏が登場、Hip Hopを軸としたブラックミュージックに造詣が深く、DJプレイ中のモーションも素敵なnasthug氏のKhanyaでのプレイは必見だ。
(注)念の為、イスラエルに投資加担するKKRが2025年１月にBoiler Roomの親会社となったことで現在 問題視されていますが、nasthugさんが出演されていたのはそれ以前です。

今や海外進出されている nasthugさんですが、例えば 毎年幕張メッセで 開催されている
約２万人２DAYS 日本最大のラップ、HIPHOPイベント”POP YOURS”のような大きな規模でもDJされている方なので、
Boiler Roomのような（DJ中心の文化）をフリースタイルダンジョン世代の日本語ラップファン（ラッパー中心の文化）にまで広く知らしめてくれた！というような印象が僕にはあります。
ときどき、「渋谷のライオンでDJをしてBoiler Roomに出るのが目標だ」と言っている さらに若い子達を見かけると ラッパーへの憧れと同様にDJへの憧れの時代を大きく切り開いたんだなぁと感じます。
昨年の YAMEPIさんとのコラボイベントやCOMETでのインタビューなどもとても面白かったですし
PARANOIDなどのファッションブランドともコラボしている YAMEPIさんの可愛いアートワーク同様にイマの”東京”らしい ダンスミュージックDJであり
それは 音だけでなく、ファッションや立ち振る舞い、発信を含めて アイコン的な存在だと ぼくは感じます。

昨今注目を集めているアフリカンミュージックの中でも今宵はAmapianoをフィーチャーし、渋谷や六本木に止まらず様々な空間で活動をしているDJとダンサーが春を待つ下北沢を一足早く彩ってくれる。
パーティーのタイトルである「Khanya（カニャ）」は、南アフリカの言語で主に「光」を意味する言葉。 Amapianoを聴いた時に感じる、底から湧き出るような、溢れるパワーを一身に浴びることができる日となっている。

Amapiano、Gqom、Kwaito、Afro Houseなど、南アフリカのダンス・ミュージックに特化してプレイするDJ。 2008年に初めて南部アフリカを訪れて以来アフリカにのめり込み、南アフリカを中心とした各国に足繁く通うようになる。数回の訪問の後に出会ったアフリカの最新音楽シーンのサウンドに魅了され、その音楽や文化の魅力を2017年より始めたDJやソーシャルメディア、音楽誌への寄稿などで発信し続けている。特に近年はAmapianoのDJとして躍進。 本場である南アフリカのパーティーでもプレイし、好評を博している。 東京を拠点に活動するGqomパーティー・クルー「TYO GQOM」のメンバーでもあり、2022年にはウガンダで開催されたNyege Nyege Festivalに出演を果たした。

This Edition’s Lineup This time, we’re thrilled to welcome nasthug, a rising name in the global scene whose recent Boiler Room set is still fresh in people’s memories. With deep knowledge of Black music, particularly Hip Hop, and a captivating presence behind the decks, his Khanya debut is not to be missed. Returning from Khanya’s first edition, we have Vlad, whose impeccable selection and dance moves left a lasting impression. This time, he’s teaming up once again with mitokon for their special B2B set, “Asahi Groove.” Their set, overflowing with love and passion, is sure to keep us dancing all night long. Hosting “AMA TERRACE,” one of Tokyo’s leading Amapiano parties at Shibuya’s Toranoko Shokudo, Aquarius is bringing something special—a showcase performance with RISA, a dancer from the hip-hop dance crew Dread Noots. We’re also excited to welcome: * $HOW5, an artist whose creativity knows no bounds—from illustrations and hand-drawn jacket designs to his latest works inspired by Amapiano and South African culture. For food, Take Sand, a hidden gem from Kamata known for its delicious original sandwiches, will be serving up some good vibes and even better flavors. About the Event With African music gaining worldwide recognition, this night is dedicated to Amapiano—bringing together DJs and dancers whose reach extends far beyond Shibuya and Roppongi to create something truly special in Shimokitazawa, just as spring approaches. The word “Khanya” means “light” in several South African languages. Like the overwhelming, uplifting energy you feel when listening to Amapiano, this night will be a full immersion in its power. -mitokon- DJ mitokon specializes in South African dance music, including Amapiano, Gqom, Kwaito, and Afro House. Her journey with African music began in 2008, when she first traveled to Southern Africa. That experience sparked a deep passion, leading her to return frequently—especially to South Africa. After several visits, she became captivated by the cutting-edge sounds of Africa’s music scene, and since 2017, she has been sharing its magic through DJing, social media, and contributions to music magazines. In recent years, she has emerged as a leading Amapiano DJ, even performing at parties in South Africa, where her sets have been met with high praise. She is also a member of TYO GQOM, a Tokyo-based Gqom party collective, and in 2022, she performed at the Nyege Nyege Festival in Uganda, one of Africa’s most renowned music festivals.
イマの東京と 深沼アマピアノの世界が両方一気に 垣間見れる貴重なPARTYだと思います。
実際に 南アフリカの友人も 凄く楽しみにしていますし、９０％くらい２０代ばかりの渋谷も最高ですが、下北沢は色んな世代が 行きやすいのも今回のおもしろさだと思います。
